Clean Rite Carpet Cleaning NZ Growth Vision

Franchising has never been hotter.
That sounds like hype, and self-serving, since Clean Rite are part of the franchising industry, yet industry experts concur that franchising is booming. Do just a little internet research, and you’ll find that franchising as a career and investment move is healthier than ever.
In a way, we have Covid-19 to thank for that. Just as the virus has rewired how we do and think about so many things, from remote working to online education and the benefits of telemedicine, the coronavirus has fueled an interest in franchising.
How and why isn’t hard to see, at least from my perspective.
Starting a business is scary...but
Franchises have a reputation for being turnkey businesses.
We as the Franchisor provide an owner with everything they need to get the business started, including the tools to grow the business and be successful. There’s the initial training and ongoing support in everything from locating your business to what kind of permits and inventory you need.
Arguably, the area where most franchise owners are generally on their own is in deciding who to hire, but even there, if you want advice on how and where to find your employees, we can often offer that.
Turnkey businesses are especially popular right now because when you’re in the midst of an economic and health crisis, in the way the world has been in for over a year now, the last thing many people want to do is to unnecessarily complicate their lives. There's even room to become a master franchise, with a lessened fear of starting a business, failing and becoming a statistic.
Franchises have brand name recognition.
That’s always been appealing to business owners who don’t feel like starting a company from scratch. Not only are you buying a proven business model, but you’re also working with an established brand and recognized brand name, utilizing tested and trusted products or services, and you have a built-in customer base from the moment you start.
Purchasing a franchise allows a business owner to take less of a risk in starting the company, and the consumer to take less financial risk in using the business. As a consumer, if you know a company new to you is successful enough that it’s a growing franchise, you tend to be reassured that you’re going to be happy with the service.
There's room for more growth and those pondering the idea of investing in a franchise should know it is a reasonable choice during the, hopefully, tail end of a global pandemic. Franchising offers an option close to certainty, and we’re living in very uncertain times.
